How to Get Involved

CIVIC ECOLOGY

The Center for Subtropical Affairs offers jobs and career training in sustainable development to the community through hands on learning. Our uniquely curated & fun experiential approach advances environmental education and resilient living, while providing our community with skills that teach self-reliance.

By initiating the collective effort of our extraordinary citizens, CSTA will be both the catalyst for change and the beneficiary of the returns that will inevitably come from finding solutions.

EDUCATION

We work with students of all ages to advance environmental education, resource conservation, and overall environmental health. CSTA pairs environmental education with cultural arts programming to make science accessible and engaging for all.

NURSERY

Specializing in orchids and rare tropical/subtropical houseplants, The CSTA Nursery has a wide variety of plants to adorn your home, inside and out. We also offer garden cultivation and management specializing in native ecosystem restoration.
