WILLFLY BREATHWORK

A journey to peace of mindWillfly breathwork is back in the Center for Subtropical Affairs for a weekly group breathwork session surrounded by exotic plants!
Come to de-stress, release anxiety, to find balance and inner contentment. Breathwork is for everyone who wants to align their body and mind to be the best, authentic and thriving version of themselves. We’ll use a conscious connected, two-stage pranayama breath for a 1 hr journey along with Stephi’s guidance and an elevated music playlist curated with love for each session.The breath releases stress from the body on a cellular level, helping to detox the body emotionally and physically. This liberating practice allows you to access your subconscious mind, giving you the ability to discover, see, understand, feel and transform your thoughts, emotions, limiting beliefs and past experiences.February 23rd. 7:30 pm – 8:50 pmStarting in March 7th every Monday – 7:30 pm
