An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 23, 2022
As I continue to deepen my practice and explore wellness in every sense of the word, from physical to mental, I’ve started exploring journaling and meditation. I find them to be extremely difficult but so rewarding. My goal here is to create a space for us to come together and work on these tools that will ultimately benefit our mind, body and soul.
We will begin with a vinyasa flow, followed by a journal prompt and a short guided meditation.
Please bring your own mat, water, pen and paper, and an open heart. ❤️
